Delete my Locagex account
In the app: Settings, then “Delete my account”. Without the app, enter the account's email address below: we will send you a confirmation link.
What is deleted
- Your identity (name, email, phone), your password and your preferences
- Your sessions, devices, notifications, favorites and tenant passport
- Workspaces you solely own are closed and their listings removed
What is kept
- Accounting and management records (leases, receipts, payments, entries) for the 10-year legal retention period, then erased
- Records kept by your landlords or property managers, detached from your account
Timing
The account is deactivated as soon as you confirm and permanently deleted after 30 days. Signing in again during this period cancels the request.
