Does Locagex collect my rent?
No. You tell your tenants which payment channel to use (mobile money, bank transfer, cash…) and the money goes directly from your tenant to you. Locagex keeps the record: the tenant reports the payment, you confirm it, the receipt is issued. No commission is taken from your rent.
Can I try Locagex for free?
Yes. After your free sign-up, start the 30-day free trial from the Subscription page, with no payment method required: up to 5 units to discover Locagex. Inventory reports, the financial statement, user management and data import remain reserved for subscribers. If you subscribe during the trial, you get a discount on your first invoice.
How much does Locagex cost?
A fixed subscription, based on the number of units you manage, starting from 5 000 FCFA per month. Monthly or yearly, with a discount on yearly plans. Sign-up is free and the subscription is activated on your first payment, by mobile money or bank card.
Do my tenants have to pay anything?
No. The tenant account is free and unlimited: receipts, payment history, breakdown reporting and messaging.
Is the accounting really complete?
Yes, and in every plan. Every confirmed rent payment and every expense feeds your double-entry records, organised according to the SYSCOHADA chart of accounts. You generate statements, tax reports and dashboards as PDF, and your accountant receives an FEC export without re-typing anything.
Do the plans give access to different features?
No. Every plan gives access to every feature, without exception. Only the number of units managed changes from one plan to the next, along with the number of users you can invite.
How does the referral programme work?
Every subscriber has a referral code to share. A new customer who signs up with that code gets a discount on their subscription, and the referrer earns benefits on theirs (a discount or free days). The benefits are granted on the new customer's first payment.
In which countries and currencies can I manage my properties?
