No. Locagex doesn't collect your rent and takes no percentage. You pay a fixed subscription based on your plan: your money goes directly from your tenant to you.
On a monthly plan you pay every month, with no commitment. On a yearly plan you pay for the year in one go and get your plan's discount (up to 20%). The equivalent monthly price and your savings appear when you flip the switch above.
No. Every plan includes every feature, without exception: listings, applications, leases with electronic signature, inspection reports, reminders, receipts, complete accounting, breakdowns, messaging, multi-currency. Only the number of units and the number of users change.
Based on the number of active units you manage. Each plan covers a range (Bronze : 1 to 5 units ; Silver : 6 to 20 units ; Gold : 21 to 50 units ; Platinum : 51 to 120 units). When your portfolio goes beyond your plan's limit, you move up to the next plan.

Locagex is international, multi-currency property management software: each property keeps its currency (CFA franc, euro, dollar, naira, cedi, dirham…) and your statements stay accurate, currency by currency. The subscription is billed in FCFA; the euro amount shown alongside is indicative (€1 = 655.957 FCFA).
Yes. After your free sign-up, start the 30-day free trial from the Subscription page, with no payment method required: up to 5 units to discover Locagex. Inventory reports, the financial statement, user management and data import remain reserved for subscribers. If you subscribe during the trial, you get a discount on your first invoice.
No. Sign-up is free and the subscription, monthly or yearly, is activated on your first payment. If you don't renew, your account stays available in read-only mode: you don't lose any data.
